A. Yes. We will provide a 2-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your residence. We know how important your time is so do our best to arrive during the earlier part of our service window. That said, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts much longer than we anticipated, this allows our repairman time to arrive on schedule within the service window. Our technicians always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
